Branka Katić is a Serbian actress known for a career that spans European cinema, international film, and high-profile television. She began acting professionally as a teenager and trained at the Academy of Dramatic Art, working early in theatre in Subotica, Novi Sad, and Belgrade. She gained wide recognition through films such as Black Cat, White Cat (1998) and In July (2000), and later appeared in international productions including Public Enemies (2009).
