Tamio Kageyama was born on 20 March 1947 in Tokyo, Japan. He was an actor and writer, known for Sasurai no Troublebuster (1996), Dioxin from Fish! (1992) and Coo: Come from a Distant Ocean Coo (1993). He died on 26 January 1998 in Japan.
