Maro Kafkaridou is known for Sin (1971), Panselinos (2009) and Katothkion tis Madaris (1986). She was previously married to Vladimiros Kafkarides.

Late husband Vladimiros Kafkarides was a most influential actor and stage director, born in Moscow and working for the Cyprus National Theatre until his untimely death in 1983.

Sister-in-law of actor Stelios Kafkarides and actress Despina Bebedeli.

Was made honorary member of the Fighting Democratic Women's Organisation, a Greek-Cypriot political party.

Appears regularly in Greek-Cypriot TV soaps.
