Early in the morning on June 18th 2014, Bodil Jørgensen was seriously injured while filming the movie "Far til Fires Vilde Ferie". According to early reports she fell off a tractor while trying to drive up a dike on the west coast. She was brought to the local hospital and transferred in critical, but stable, condition to Odense University Hospital.
