Abdul Qadir Junejo(1945-2020)

Abdul Qadir Junejo was a novelist, playwright and columnist writing in Sindhi, Urdu and English languages. He wrote dramas and serials that aired on Pakistan Television Corporation and on commercial channels. The Government of Pakistan and Government of Sindh awarded him the Pride of Performance Award in 2008 and the Latif Award in 2016. He received several awards from local organizations.
