General Fermon Judd Jr. was born in Monroe, North Carolina, USA. He is an actor, known for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991) and Dead Heist (2007).

He is the first African American to play one of the bald and blue
