Jaclyn Jose was born on October 21, 1963 in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. She was an actress, known for The Flor Contemplacion Story (1995), Ma' Rosa (2016) and Mundo Mo'y Akin (2013). She died on March 2, 2024.
