Andrew James Jones

Andrew James Jones was born in Arlington, Virginia to a military family. After his parent’s divorce, he was raised as an only child by his mother. Having moved a lot as a kid, he switched schools eight times before graduating high school. His skill in baseball lead to him playing on a college team for a year, before he decided to pursue acting in NYC. Andrew honed his talent studying with Greg Zittel in NY, then moved to Los Angeles where he continued working on his craft with Ivana Chubbuck in her master class. His notable credits include the feature films Finding Steve McQueen (d. Mark Steven Johnson), America’s Family, BFFs, The Executor, and the soon to be released films East of Western, Blood Before Bitcoin, Noir, and The Desert Snake Boogie. TV credits include Mistresses, General Hospital, and a series regular role on the sci-fi series Divergence. In his spare time, he practices Jeet Kune Do, helps with animal rescue, and spends time with his human and four-legged family.
