Biography

Chantal Jolis was born on April 29, 1947 in Grenoble, France. She was an actress, known for The Toy (1976), État critique (1992) and Tout le monde en parle (2004). She died on February 27, 2012 in Bassin, Iles-de-la-Madeleine, Québec, Canada.

Radio host at France-Inter in France, she came for a two weeks exchange in 1980 to Radio-Canada and stayed. Her new style in a cultural show called 'Bouchées doubles' with Jean-François Doré in the 80s helped her become famous .She became later a television personality with "À première vue" with René Homier-Roy.
