Biography

Terry Jernigan or TJ was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and studied theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory and Old Dominion University. TJ enjoys stage as much as film with a much higher passion for improv. He has worked with Washington Improv Theatre Sports and Slap Happy, he is a founding member of Comedy Bowl and Who's Turn is it Anyway, and is the founder of The Boris Badinage Improvisational Troupe. TJ teaches acting and holds improv workshops. TJ enjoys writing, sculpting, cartooning and binge watching virtually anything.

Enjoys sculpting and casting gargoyles and mythical creatures which he sells through his company, the House of Yorick.

Teaching for the Governor's School in Norfolk, Virginia.
