Biography

Art James was born on October 15, 1929 in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. He was an actor, known for Mallrats (1995), Hostile Environment (1999) and Raw Justice (1994). He was married to Jane Hamilton and Sandra Petron. He died on March 28, 2004 in Palm Springs, California, USA.

He was best known for hosting Concentration (1958) for 5 years and before that he was in the U.S. Army for 2 years and trying out for the New York Yankees in 1946. He was a small Broadway Star for a time in the 1950s until his big break in Radio & TV. Then, he hosted his own office-based game show using his own production company.

He was a resident of Chaska, Minnesota, but died during a visit to Palm Springs.
