Selected as Top 50 finalist in Project Greenlight Director's contest,
2004. Festivals which have shown his work include Sedona International,
California Independent, Melbourne International, East Lansing,
Algonquin, Tiburon, The International Festival of Cinema and
Technology. Also a composer, his orchestral music has been performed
and recorded by the World Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Indiana
University Concert Orchestra, and he was a national finalist in the BMI
Film Music competition. In 1995 his symphonic music was honored by the
National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, and in 2001 he
received a commission from the Juilliard School for an electronic
ballet score, choreographed by his sister Heidi Stoeckley.
