June Jago was born on March 31, 1928 in Australia. She was an actress, known for The Man from Snowy River (1982), Carry on Doctor (1967) and Heidi (1974). She died on August 2, 2010 in Australia.

She returned to Australia in the late 1970s and continued to act in the theatre, as well as working as a teacher of acting and elocution.
