Biography

Kazuyuki Izutsu was born on December 13, 1952 in Yamatokoriyama, Japan. He is a director and writer, known for Pacchigi! (2004), Shikijô mesugari (1981) and Akai fukushû: Bôkan (1982).

Coproduced his first 16m feature at the age of 18, directed his first 35m film at the age of 22, and made several soft-core porn features before his official 1981 debut, "Gaki Teikoku," at age 28.
