- Teiji Itô was born on January 22, 1935 in Tokyo, Japan. He was a composer and director, known for Divine Horsemen: The Living Gods of Haiti (1993), Little Joe (2019) and Maeva (1961). He was married to Maya Deren, Cherel Ito, Gail Ryan and Ilene Itô. He died on August 16, 1982 in Haiti.
