Dick Israel was born on 10 December 1947 in Porac, Pampanga, Philippines. He was an actor and writer, known for Kanto Boy 2: Anak ni Totoy Guwapo (1994), Patrolman (1988) and Maalaala Mo Kaya (1991). He was married to Melinda Michaca. He died on 11 October 2016 in Makati City, Philippines.
