- Steve Ihnat was born on August 7, 1934 in Jastrabie, Czechoslovakia [now Jastrabie pri Michalovciach, Slovak Republic]. He was an actor and writer, known for Countdown (1967), The Honkers (1972) and Star Trek (1966). He was married to Sally Carter-Ihnat. He died on May 12, 1972 in Cannes, Alpes-Maritimes, France.

- His son, Stefan Ihnat (Stefan Andrew Ihnat), died at age 32. He was born on April 12, 1972, and died on July 27, 2004. He had battled diabetes from age 20. Sally Carter-Ihnat said, "Steve's gift for his 70th birthday is that he gets his boy back. Now they will know each other." Stefan is also interred at Westwood Memorial Park.
