Douglas Hume was born on 9 April 1937. He was an actor, known for Truck Stop Women (1974), The White Buffalo (1977) and Sea Hunt (1958). He died on 25 February 1999 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.

His name is the same as the hyphened surname of old British Prime Minister, Alec Douglas-Home (note: the &#39;Home&#39; part is pronounced &quot;Hume&quot; and not &quot;Home&quot;).
