Emelyn Bennett

Emelyn Bennett, (formerly Tennison Hightower), is an American actress born in the United States. She began booking work immediately in New York City (1996-2000) and Los Angeles (2000-2006), appearing in film, theatre, international, national, and regional commercials, along with international and national commercial print campaigns, and hosting one of the first online movie preview shows, Hotpix. In 2006, Emelyn stepped away from acting to pursue her personal dream of marriage (marrying Christopher M. Bennett) and a more traditional life. Hoping to start a family and be closer to loved ones, she returned to her home state of Oklahoma. During this time, she and her husband built a successful real estate business, endured several miscarriages, and navigated her journey through breast cancer in 2012. Today, they are healthy, happy, and whole. With the current shifts in the entertainment industry, the possibility, dream, deep desire and passion for the art form were all reignited, leading Emelyn to return to the art form and move back to California in 2025. As Emelyn says, "Let’s roll baby-let’s roll! What could be more fun in life than going where the heart leads?"
