Collen Hewett was one of the most successful and popular female artist
of the 1970s in Australia. Born in Bendigo, Victoria in 1950 she has
released 7 albums and over 15 singles including the #1 hit single 'Day
by Day'. Almost a decade later she had another #1 hit with 'Dreaming My
Dreams With You'. In the early 90s she could be heard on commercial
radio station Gold FM and in 2001 she released a collection of new
songs on the independent record 'Bulamama'.
