Lance Henry was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Acting as a hobby for most of his life, it wasn't until his 50th birthday that he decided to pursue acting professionally. He was most recently seen playing Ted Whiteman, the mayor of Trinity, in the feature film The Beast of Trinity Texas (2025), and Prosecutor Alfred Hantman in the feature film Dovey's Promise (2025).
