Christie Hayes is an Australian actress whose career spans more than 25 years across television, film and theatre.

Beginning her professional screen career as a child, Hayes appeared in Australian television productions including Ocean Girl, Water Rats and Stingers, before landing her first leading television role at just 11 years old in the adventure series The Search for Treasure Island.

She became widely known to Australian audiences through her long-running role as Kirsty Sutherland on Home and Away. Across more than a decade with the series, Hayes grew from child performer to established adult actress, portraying Kirsty through major dramatic storylines and becoming part of one of Australian television's most recognisable ensembles.

Her television credits also include Neighbours and H2O: Just Add Water, Blue Water High, alongside an extensive career on stage and roles in feature film. Most recently, Hayes appeared in the feature film Finally Me, released to audiences in the United States on TUBI.

Alongside acting, Hayes has built an accomplished career as an ACRA Award-winning broadcaster with millions of listeners and a television presenter. Her extensive experience in live and unscripted broadcasting complements a screen career built on instinctive, emotionally grounded performance and a natural ease in front of the camera and behind the microphone, where she also excels in voices and animation.
