Aaron Haye
Aaron Haye is an award-winning, California-based designer and visual storyteller with experience across a broad swath of the entertainment industry.

Firmly rooted in the art of hands-on filmmaking, Aaron began his career in the model shop at Industrial Light & Magic where the collaborative and competitive spirit encouraged novel and innovative solutions to complex problems with little time and limited resources. Intimate involvement from concept and prototype to fabrication and photography formed the backdrop to his experience over these years.

Early credits in Visual Effects include Star Wars Episodes I & II, The Matrix Reloaded & Revolutions, Artificial Intelligence, and Starship Troopers.

After a move to Los Angeles, Aaron migrated into the developing niche of 3D design for film. He pitched the idea of integrated 3D design to anyone who might listen and soon found a new home in the Art Department. His unique background and cross section of experience led to involvement with some of the biggest films of the last two decades and the opportunity to work with visionary directors such as David Fincher, Zack Snyder, JJ Abrams, Peter Berg, Bryan Singer and Denis Villeneuve.

Art Direction credits include The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Star Trek, The Social Network, Battleship, Man of Steel, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Terminator: Genisys.

As a Production Designer, Aaron has been involved with projects as diverse as Blade Runner 2049, Bohemian Rhapsody, Charlie's Angels, The Stand, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Cocaine Bear and an animated epic from director Gore Verbinski.

Aaron has worked across North America and in nine countries in Europe and Asia.

Always looking for a new challenge, Aaron continues to explore emerging technologies and innovative techniques that expand the boundaries of narrative media and experiential design.
