Crawford Hawkins was born on September 21, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He was a producer and production manager, known for Tucker and Dale vs Evil (2010), Insomnia (2002) and Alive (1993). He died on June 25, 2019 in Canada.
