Clarence Hartzell was born on October 26, 1910 in Huntington, West Virginia, USA. He was an actor, known for Hawkins Falls, Population 6200 (1950), Cactus Jim (1949) and Those Endearing Young Charms (1952). He died on March 5, 1988 in Bella Vista, Arkansas, USA.

Became an antique dealer/prop rental specialist in the Chicago area in the mid-1950s catering primarily to area TV stations.
