Clabe Hartley was born on September 13, 1943 in Panama. He is an actor and director, known for Trancers 4: Jack of Swords (1994), Angry Dogs (1997) and Rip It Off (2001).

Owns and operates The Cow's End Cafe in Venice, California, USA. He founded the establishment in 1988.

His wife is 30 years his junior and he had his first child at 55.
