Buddy Joe Hooker was born on May 30, 1942 in Vallejo, California, USA. He is an actor and assistant director, known for Rules of Engagement (2000), I Am Number Four (2011) and Grindhouse (2007). He has been married to Gayle Hooker since November 3, 1990. They have two children.

In the original series, Leave It to Beaver (1957), played Chester, one of Wally's friends.

It was Joe Hooker who won a date with Farrah Fawcett on "The Dating Game".
