Biography

James Harrison is a UK-born Supervising Sound Editor and Re-Recording Mixer. Following a musical path into the industry, his journey began at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, later continuing with a degree in Music from the University of Birmingham. It was during his time at university that he discovered a fascination with electro-acoustic composition, which soon evolved into a career-long passion for sound design. After relocating to London, Harrison became an active part of the audio community, working across a range of creative projects in film, television, and beyond. He has been honored with multiple MPSE and BAFTA nominations, as well as an Academy Award nomination for "No Time to Die".
