Adam J. Harrington was born on November 26, 1972 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He is an actor and producer, known for Countdown (2025), Parks and Recreation (2009) and The Lincoln Lawyer (2022).

He has a Master's Degree in Marine Biology.

Won the 1989 University of Guelph College Royal Model Search.

Was nominated for a NAVGTR "Lead Performance in Drama" award in 2012 for his work as "Roy Earle" in L.A. Noire.

Voice actor of Tyson Latchford in Battlefield Hardline (2015).
