Biography

Stacey N. Harding is a passionate working Director/Producer with a deep background in Production. Along with an inherent ability to calmly think on her feet, Stacey comes to the table with practical knowledge of story vs. production constraints, stunts, and visual effects with a passion to tell stories of what it is to be human in honest, sometimes dark and often comedic ways.

She recently Directed the Pilot and Finale + one for Crown Media's much anticipated first limited Series, "Holidazed" (2024) and had two projects land on National 2023 summary lists: "Round and Round", Vanity Fair's Top 20 and US weekly Top 2023 summary along side "Hearts in the Game". These projects also landed as number 1 on fan based platforms.

Stacey is a DGA & DGC Director member in good standing based in Vancouver, Canada and is repped by Carmen Bonnici at Pacific Artists. Formally, Stacey worked as a 1st AD (140+ produced hours) in US studio series television (CBS, NBC, FOX, SONY, ABC, WB, eOne, Paramount, TNT, Showtime).

Stacey N. Harding is a seasoned Director with 20+ years in TV production, specializing in authentic storytelling that’s often darkly humorous and deeply human. She’s currently (2026) directing a Summer Anniversary movie TBA, in post with a Lifetime project TBA, with other recent work including She’s Making a List (2025) with EP Lacey Chabert, Pilot/ Finale episodes on Holidazed and Hallmark's Round and Round, which earned spots on Vanity Fair and US Weekly's Top Movies of 2023 lists, a 2024 LEO Award for Best TV Movie & Editor, along with a Best Director nomination. Her film Hearts in the Game (2023) also received acclaim for its sensitive portrayal of mental health.

Stacey's directed episodes of When Calls the Heart, Chesapeake Shores, and Charmed - formally a 1st AD working w/ ABC, BBC, CBS, eOne, FOX, NBC, Paramount, SONY, Showtime, TNT and WB.
