James Harcourt

White-haired English character actor in films of the 1930's and 40's. On stage from 1902, he began his working life as a cabinet maker. Member of the Liverpool Repertory Company, 1919-1931.
Father of David Harcourt.
Grandfather of film technician Jamie Harcourt.
Greatgrandfather of actor Tim Harcourt and video journalist/camera operator Sam Harcourt.
