Gilbert P. Hamilton was born on February 9, 1890 in New York, USA. He was a director and producer, known for The Tiger Band (1920), Rescued from the Burning Stake (1913) and Open Your Eyes (1919). He died on May 21, 1962 in New York, USA.

President and general manager of Albuquerque Film Co. (aka Luna Film Co.), Los Angeles, CA, a film production company formed in 1914.

This is not the same Gilbert P. Hamilton who was President of the Albuquerque Film Manufacturing Company.
