Noreen Halpern is a seasoned television executive with over 25 years experience producing and financing successful programming. In 2013, she founded Halfire Entertainment to develop, produce, and finance television series and miniseries for North American and International marketplaces.
Before Halfire, Noreen lent her vision, expertise and inventive spirit to a number of studios starting with Alliance-Atlantis (formerly Alliance Entertainment). She then co-founded and ran Blueprint Entertainment which was bought by eOne Television in 2008, where she became President of the television group. At eOne, Noreen launched acclaimed shows including Rookie Blue (ABC, Global), Call Me Fitz (Direct TV/ HBO Canada), Hell On Wheels (AMC), Hung (HBO) and Haven (Shaw Media, Syfy).
