Wilbur Hall(1894-1983)

IMDbProStarmeterSee rank
Performed for over 50 years on stage, movies and television. Noted mostly for a novelty act: playing a bicycle pump, and "Pop Goes the Weasel" on his fiddle. He wore oversized shoes -- maybe two-and-a-half feet long -- and he'd stand on tip-toe as he played, causing him to rise and fall in height. He played trombone as sideman. Also performed under the name Willie Hall.
