Biography

Lynden David Hall was born on May 7, 1974 in Wandsworth, London, England, UK. He was an actor and composer, known for Love Actually (2003), Goodbye Charlie Bright (2001) and My Kingdom (2001). He died on February 14, 2006 in London, England, UK.

Despite being diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma he soldiered on and last year released a third album on Random Records.

Played most of the instruments on his superb debut album " Medicine 4 My Pain "(1997) which sold 100,000 copies.

Lynden David Hall was an English singer, songwriter, arranger, and record producer who emerged during the late 1990s as part of the neo soul movement.

Shortly before he died, while in hospital in November 2005, Hall and his wife achieved their wish to help others suffering by putting on the successful Lynden's Wish concert at London's Jazz Café.

In 1999, he was the first UK performer ever voted "Best Male Artist" by the readers of Britain's Blues & Soul magazine.
