Daisy Haggard was born on March 22, 1978 in London, England, UK. She is an actress and writer, known for Back to Life (2019), Boat Story (2023) and Episodes (2011). She is married to Joe Wilson.

She did not intend becoming an actor but her father, Piers Haggard, asked her to read opposite actresses that he was auditioning for Heartstones: Part One (1996). The producer, Neil Zeiger, said "I want to audition your daughter". She won the part, despite discouragement from her father who regarded acting as "a hard, horrible life".
