Octavio Gómez Berríos

Octavio Gómez Berríos is a diverse actor with experience in both television and film. In 2007, Steve Barron's Gotham Award-winning independent film "Choking Man" marked Octavio's first starring role and won him the Best Newcomer honor at the Ibiza International Film Festival. He was named the Breakthrough Actor at the Method Fest Independent Film Festival for his second lead performance opposite Martin Landau in the motion picture "Harrison Montgomery." Octavio had a lead role alongside Sandra Bullock in "Our Brand is Crisis," directed by David Gordon Green, and in Universal Pictures' comedy "Search Party," directed by Scot Armstrong. He's had numerous guest-starring roles on television in hit series including HBO's "High Maintenance," "The Blacklist," and the FX drama, "Snowfall." Octavio Gómez Berríos was born in León, Nicaragua where he spent most of his childhood. In 1993, Octavio and his entire family immigrated to the United States and eventually settled in the Bronx, New York City. He currently resides in Manhattan.
