Gene Gutowski was born on 26 July 1925 in Lwów, Lwowskie, Poland [now Lviv, Ukraine]. He was a producer and production manager, known for Repulsion (1965), The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967) and The Pianist (2002). He was married to Joanna Smaga, Dorota Puzio, Corinna Liddell, Judy Wilson and Zillah Rhoades. He died on 10 May 2016 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
