Biography

Born as Harold Guthu he began in the 1960s as a talent agent for "adult" (softcore) films. With the legalization of porn films, he began to get into that field and became a trusted agent for many of the top adult-film stars of the time, including cult actress Rene Bond. Guthu and Bond remained in contact with each other long after she left the film industry in the early 1980s. He was found dead after a fire was put out in his office. Although it was officially ruled as a suicide (he was found with a bullet in his head), many who knew him don't believe it.
