Peter has been honing his design skills since growing up in suburban Detroit, Michigan, through earning a B.F.A. from Eastern Michigan University. He has showcased his design talents in movies, videos, & television for over 25 years, usually behind the camera cultivating the scenery & settings, but sometimes in front--hosting design shows for cable networks. His set decoration work in television has garnered several EMMY nominations, ADG nominations & awards, and S.D.S.A. nominations & awards. Most recently, the 2026 ADG Excellence in Production Design for a Multi-Camera Series; awarded for his contribution to
MID-CENTURY MODERN for HULU.
A dedicated Los Angeleno for since 1991, he is now bi-coastal!; West Coast and the Gulf coast--spending some time with family in Houston, Texas.
