John Gulager was born on December 19, 1957 in New York City, New York, USA. He is a cinematographer and actor, known for Feast (2005), Piranha 3DD (2012) and He Was a Quiet Man (2007). He has been married to Diane Ayala Goldner since 1986.

Son of Clu Gulager and Miriam Byrd-Nethery.

Older brother of Tom Gulager.

Winner of Project Greenlight (2001).

Named after his paternal grandfather, John, a vaudevillian who worked with George M. Cohan.

Was paid by way of a "1963 Lincoln Continental" for shooting the film Vic (2006). He was given the nickname "Johnny Gluegun" by Sage Stallone because it's known he uses hot glue for all repairs, rather than seeing a mechanic.
