She was 70 years old when she performed 'Grandma Yetta', Fran's seriously forgetful grandmother, for the last time on The Nanny (1993).

Was fired from the 'Billy Barnes Revue' after she and other cast members failed to make it back to New York on time after a flight from Chicago, where they had taped an episode of Playboy's Penthouse (1959). As a result, that night's Revue's performance was cancelled and $800 had to be returned to the ticket holders.

Mother, with George Eckstein, of two daughters: Nora Eckstein (acting teacher) and Hallie Todd.
