Anita Guerreiro was born on November 13, 1936 in Lisbon, Portugal. She was an actress, known for Sentimentos (2009), Nunca Digas Adeus (2001) and Bons Vizinhos (2002). She was married to Pepe Cardinalli. She died on December 7, 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal.

She's an actress and a Fado singer.

She and Pepe are parents of a girl and a boy.

In 1954, A Voz de Portugal, a magazine devoted to popular song, highlighted Guerreiro in its Cantam Estrelas (Stars Sing) section. This magazine would also feature one of Guerreiro's first popular songs, Menina Lisboa (Lisbon Girl).

As of the end of 2023, she was living in Lisbon at the Casa do Artista, a rest home for former artists.

In 2018 Guerreiro was still performing three times a week in a Lisbon fado restaurant.
