Howard Griffiths was born in 1935 in Wales. He was a writer and producer, known for Power Without Glory (1976), Blue Heelers (1994) and The 2nd Best Secret Agent in the Whole Wide World (1965). He died on 24 October 1999 in Sydney, Australia.
