Nora Greenwald was born on September 7, 1977 in Forest Lake, Minnesota, USA. She is an actress, known for WCW Monday Nitro (1995), WWE Smackdown! (1999) and WCW Thunder (1998). She was previously married to Geno Benshoof.

Handspring Elbow (whips her victim into the corner of the ring and from the other end of the ring charges towards stunned adversary with an impressive set of front flips and cartwheels which ends when she strikes the victim with a back elbow
Snap Suplex (applies a front face lock to her opponent and drapes the victim's arm over her shoulder, then quickly falls backwards and flips the victim over to land on his/her back)
Double Wrist Lock Suplex
Northern Lights suplex (puts her head under the arm of the victim and clutches the victim in a belly to belly suplex and flips him/her over into a bridged pinning position)
Molly-Go-Round (performed by flipping forward off the top rope turnbuckle on to the shoulders of a standing opponent forcing them to the ground

Accepted her role in Royal Kill (2009) as a special favor to her good friend, former WWE Writer Ranjan Chhibber. Nora was Ranjan's first choice to play Nadia the Assassin in the film, but she was under WWE contract at the time and, thus, unavailable. (with the director's consent, he then offered the Nadia role to Gail Kim). When Nora departed from the WWE, Ranjan and the director created a special role for her, since Ranjan wanted her to be involved in the film. While limited, her scenes turned out to be the most breathtaking of the film, thanks in large part to Nora's stunning beauty.

I really like a comedy, over-the-top type of character. I'm pretty quiet and reserved in person, so to be able to act a little bit silly is really a lot of fun.
I just want to make sure that I still stay humble, whether I win a belt or whatever, to stay the same person and not take anything for granted.
This is by far the best time to be a woman wrestler because the World Wrestling Federation is giving us the opportunity to show all of our talents - acting, wrestling, physical fitness. They're finding out what we do best and letting it shine.
The WWF definitely has more women who are trained as wrestlers than WCW did. I personally like wrestling both places. I had an opportunity while in WCW to bring in girls from the independent scene to wrestle in matches, but there was never really a storyline. But it is a lot more fun with the WWF to wrestle someone with a purpose.
