Biography

Otis Greene was born on December 2, 1924 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. He was an actor, known for Days of Our Lives (1965), White Witch Doctor (1953) and Jungle Jim (1955). He died on June 15, 1998 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Attended UCLA.

Appeared opposite Constance Ford, Garland Thompson, and Robert Palmer in the play "The Death of Bessie Smith" at the Civic Playhouse in Los Angeles (March, 1962).

Circa 1953 was employed as a social worker in-between film and television roles.

Starred along with Isabell Cooley, Paulene Myers, Davis Roberts, Rockne Tarkington, Alibe Copage, and Maidee Norman in an all-black stage version of Picnic which performed at the Beverly Hills Recreation Center (January, 1961).

In the early 1960s was hired at Columbia Studios to be assistant to producer Robert Cohn (nephew of Harry Cohn).
