Built Grauman's Chinese Theatre at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, California. Ground breaking was on 5 January 1926. Opened 18 May 1927. The King of Kings (1927) was the first feature shown. Francis X. Bushman owned a ranch on the site, 1913-1915. It is now one of the ten most-visited places in Southern California.
