Biography

Ron Goulart was born on January 13, 1933 in Berkeley, California, USA. He was a writer, known for Welcome to Paradox (1998), Monsters (1988) and Thundercats (1985). He was married to Frances Sheridan Goulart. He died on January 14, 2022 in Ridgefield, Connecticut, USA.

Author of often fantastical novels of mystery and science fiction, Goulart was the only writer to win a Mystery Writers of America Award for a science fiction novel (After Things Fell Apart, 1970).

Also wrote as Kenneth Robeson, Frank S Shawn, Joseph Silva and Con Steffanson.

He was a great lover of comic books.

After graduation he worked in an advertising agency.

Author of more than 180 books, including more than 50 science fiction novels and 20 mystery novels.
