Carlos is a Venezuelan-born cinematographer based in Vancouver. After studying Architecture in the U.S., he earned a Master's in Cinematography from the American Film Institute, where his thesis film Last Breeze of Summer was nominated for an Academy Award.
Carlos has worked across genres on projects like Grey's Anatomy (ABC), The New Normal (NBC), and From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series (Robert Rodríguez). His international experience spans Italy, Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Israel, and more.
He holds U.S., Spanish (EU), and Venezuelan citizenship and is a Permanent Resident of Canada. Carlos is a member of the DGA, ICG (U.S. & Canada), and the Society of Venezuelan Cinematographers. He is represented by IAG Los Angeles.
