  • Sonia Gonzalez-Martinez has been an editor for over ten years. She is a graduate from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She learned her craft as an assistant editor for such esteemed directors as Spike Lee, Milos Forman, Alan J. Pakula, Ted Demme and Robert Redford. As an editor, Sonia has cut numerous shorts, DVD Special Features, features films and documentaries. Her most recent work includes "Los Bandoleros" (directed by Vin Diesel) and "Antonia Pantoja, Presente!" (directed by Lillian Jimenez). Sonia most recently completed editing the feature documentary, "Passionate Politics: The Life and Work of Charlotte Bunch," about renowned global feminist Charlotte Bunch, directed by Tami Gold. Sonia is also the editor on the weekly ABC News tech show, "Tech This Out!"

    Sonia's directing credits include the short comedies Debutante and Urban Lullaby, as well as the feature-length, award-winning documentary Bragging Rights: Stickball Stories, about the history and players of the New York City game of stickball. In 2012, Sonia formed T&A Flicks, a comedy team with actress Tammi Cubilette and comedian Angelo Lozada, producing 9 short comedies in 2012. In 2015, T&A Flicks launched their 8-episode comedy web series Get Some! on KollideTV. Get Some! is a comedy web series about a Nuyorican couple from the Bronx who go out of their way to keep their marriage sexy.
